Fish Fillet

 Here's a recipe that is very easy to prepare.


Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
You will need:                                        
Cream Dory Fillet
Calamansi
Cornstarch
egg
salt
Bread Crumbs
Oil for frying



Directions:



Cut the cream dory and marinate it with calamansi for a few minutes.



Make the batter by mixing egg and cornstarch, season it with salt. Drop the fish in the mixture.
        
                   Coat each pieces with bread crumbs.



            

                  Fry them until golden brown. Drain the excess oil in towel paper. Serve it with tartra sauce.
